*PRIORITY BOOKING:  We guarantee lodging for your pet with a minimum three day notice of your reservation start date, seven day notice required for holidays (Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve).  Get your reservations in early to ensure the type of lodging you prefer.
**NO PEAK RATES:  Your rate will remain the same the duration of your membership with no increases during peak times.

How do I sign up for Membership?
Signing up is simple!  Just give us a call at 608-249-0033 and a member of our team will get you all set up.

How long is the membership good for?
Your membership is good for one year from the date of sign-up.  Monthly payments will be charged to your credit card on file the same day each month for 12 months.

What if I run out before my anniversary date?
Up to five additional nights will be at a discounted rate off the normal rate. The discount rate will match the discount of the membership on your particular package.  If you use all of your membership at any time before your half-way date, the total remaining amount of the membership is due in full and will be charged.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

If you need to cancel your membership you must do so in writing and you will be responsible for 100% of the non-member value of the boarding nights that were used. If there is a payment due it will be payable upon cancellation and will be charged to the credit card on file.
This is a non-transferable membership.
The passing of a furry friend will incur special consideration.
